Paper submission problems

When trying to submit my paper, I keep getting the following error message:

The paper does not use the template document. You must use a Word template to write your paper.

If you are getting this message, it means that you have not used the document template to write your paper document. Therefore the system will automatically reject the submitted file.

To correct this problem, you must download the document template and then edit it to write your paper using Microsoft Word 2007 or later. Please make sure that you follow all the formatting rules described in the template document. After finishing your document, you may submit your paper again.
